Hi Lukman,
1) Selling vacant means no furniture and electrical appliances will leave behind. Items that are categorized under fittings will be removed. This is best for buyers who do not want to have anything from the seller.
2) Extended completion usually means the seller will need the buyer to give a grace period for them to stay after completion of sales.
This is quite common here in Singapore due to the utilization of CPF funds.
3) The CPF funds are only able to return after 14 working days and the seller needs it to be used for the next purchase upon the selling of the current property. Therefore some sellers will request to stay for 3 weeks or as long as 3 months after completion of sale.
4) The extended period is needed because most of the homeowners wished to do renovation in their new purchase. Therefore they wanted to stay in their current place till the renovation is completed before moving out.
